Vanishing Zoas

So I have a rock that is full of zoas of all kinds. However they are vanishing and bald spots are popping up. Any ideas? Nothing has changed, except I cut feeding from daily to every other day. Have a coral beauity angel fish, however he has never gone after then in the past.

I would look at the angel.

The Angels are sneaky about eating them rarely in front of you, but I would bet on the Angel too.

Check you alkalinity also. Zoas act funny with abnormal alk levels.

With the seasons changing tank temps can fluxuate during the summer and winter, and PH/Alk might be adversely effected.

Good to know. I have HVAC so i try to keep it cool. Angles, do they act strange under high or low alk?

shouldn't effect the fish.
