Vermetid snails

#1
I have about 5 vermetid snails on one rock and want to get rid of them before they can spread. I have read that super gluing them shut and chiseling them off gets rid of them, just wondering if anyone has recommendations or alternative methods of destroying them.

Yep I super glue them myself and then leave them.
Thanks! Do you have to take the rock out to super glue them? I haven't had to use super glue before and I don't know where it can be used

You can do it in the tank. I use the same method for apitasia. Just put some super glue on the end of a stick or some probe that you can stick into them and rub the glue all around their tube opening.

Yes you can do it right in the tank for sure. You will want to turn off all powerheads and returns and use a gel form of super glue (I use the super glue gel from the doller tree)

I break them off as close to the rock as I can then put some super glue over the spot, be careful, they get sharp!!
