What is this in my rock?

I have this yellow candy cane looking thing growjng out of my rock. It's yellow and glows nice under blues.

Lol yeah.. its bright yellow. I flipped a random rock over cuz I had an itch that the other side looked better and sure enough there were two bright yellow "things". Haha.
