+1 for AlgaeBarn. I've always received a nice patch of healthy pods and their customer service goes above and beyond

+1 to algae barn. The reefs2go pods are hit or miss but many of the ones I have received from them were mostly amphipods and not copepods. With algae barn though you can be sure to get exactly the pods you want, plus they are local and one of our sponsors.

There was a time when I would have recommended these guys but not anymore. Way too many people have been burned. Just fyi.

I've bought around 8 bottles of the algae barn pods as well as few of their ocean magik. I have been very pleased withe results. Lots of movement when I purchased them, and they seeded my tank wonderfully.

4 gallon with fish less 5 gallon fugie

would crabs and shrimp be pod safe

I'm still a little green to answer that question properly I think, but with my tank I used 2 bottles to seed it and left it for a month before adding my mandarin.

2 bottles is a lot! you would need 1 bottle at the most.
