John is pretty good. I have never received anything dead. He is always quick to fix any problems also. Plus he ships a lot of extra's just in case some do die in transport.

Is John the owner (only contact with reefcleaners). I was going to send an email tonight to see when I need to order to have it delivered on a certain day if possible. Just wanting to see if I need to ask for him, or if it will end up going to him as a one-man show.
