WTB: Equip for 55 gal

So after setting up my own 55 gallon tank my parents have now asked me to set up one for them. I have some equipment, but it is also my spare, so I would like to keep it.

I am looking for:
Live Rock
Skimmer
Overflow
Return Pump
Lighting (Prefer t5 but willing to consider other options)

I am located in Sterling (reason for wanting to have spare equipment on hand), but travel to Ft. Collins/Loveland/Greeley and even Cheyenne occasionally.

I also have a nice like new 4ft fixture with 2 250watt mh and 4 pc bulbs

Fixture is black and has the legs so it will sit right on top of the tank
