wtb male purple square anthias

Has anyone seen a male purple square anthais that is farely small. I have been looking and cant seem to find one just wondering if anyone has seen one at a lfs lately? It has to have full squares on both sides

Cris (AA) has had some lately. Not sure if he had one now but I'm sure he could get you one

I have one but his squares are so-so and he is being treated right now. I do have a nice girl square though!

I have seen the one you have cris and he is a little bigger then what I am after and his squares are not that great..i am looking for a female too but i don't want to get one without the other.. if u get a chance to order a few in that are smaller and come in with good squares please post on here so i know to come by and take a look. they are that last two fish i want to complete my tank..

Have you given any thought to getting a few females and letting them change? I have one female and lost a GREAT male who died for unknown reasons. I've considered getting another one but I might just give away/sell the female I have.

At this point I haven't made that decision. She's healthy, happy, and active and is starting to grow some.

yeah i thought about that but how long does it really take for them to change. My wife is the one who really wants the male so......

Good question. I don't know. But my wife is pretty picky. She's part of the reason I have a mimic lemon peel tang.

yeah i have found a couple of males of the past few months and none have had good enough squares for her..
