I personally don't like to clone beers. I would rather come up with my own recipe.

I have Christmas/Strong Ale fermenting. Should be really good.

I've got a plan set up for how I'm doing things... I started with kits, now I'm doing clones, then I'm going to modify clones, then come up with my own recipes, and finally do all grain.

I'm also thinking about getting 3gal fermenters and doing half batches

That sounds like a good idea. I am getting the equipment to go all grain by the first of the year. Hopefully. Gotta sell all of the saltwater fish stuff first. V

I just racked my Christmas Ale into secondary fermentation and added some mulling spices in a bag to it. Should be very nice once it is done.
