WTB: Two (2) medium-ish tanks for use as sump/fuge.

#1
Greetings, all....

I'm in the process of looking for a pair of tanks to use in my basement sump/fuge system.

The "ideal" size would be a 40 breeder (36"L x 18"D x 16"H). However, at the end of the day, I just need two tanks that are:

(1) at least 30" long, but no longer than 36";
(2) at least 16" deep;
(3) between 15" and 20" wide;
(4) watertight; and
(5) drillable. (no tempered glass!!!)

I'd love to hear what you have, even if it's only one tank.

One is 1/2 way there!!!

I have a 40B that I would be willing to sell.
Its an All in One. So it has a overflow section cut out in the back. But would work well as a sump still.
It has 2 holes drilled already. One on the top right on the side. and one in back in the overflow. Holes were used to plumb in a return pump and the return line. Easy to plug up though if needed.
It also is acrylic.

Looking to get $40 for it, but would be willing to trade for frags/livestock also.

Okay...so...I'm taking Derek's tank, so I'm down to needing just ONE tank for my set up.

I would prefer that this one be undrilled and unbaffled, but if that's all that's out there then I won't be too choosy.

Anyone have another 40 breeder-ish tank that would REALLY prefer to have cash instead??? Now's your chance!!!

petco often runs $1 a gallon sales and they sell the 40b as well might see if they are having one now ....pidge also has a oceanic sump 36x16x12 (i believe ) for sale

Yeah, I've checked the two petcos that are near my work (Stapleton) and home (Colorado & Mexico) and they are fresh out of 40 Breeders....anyone have a lead on one at a different petco? I'm willing to drive for an undrilled and unbaffled tank....

Pidge's sump is too shallow for my needs...I need something at least 16" deep in order to provide room for emergency drainage.
