I don't even know where to start when working with Acrylic, and I would like to build a sump for my up and coming tank. I know that Shawn had a "class" last year that I unfortunately missed out on, and he hasn't logged in for over 2 weeks. Did anyone learn enough in that class that you would be able to teach me while assisting in a sump build? I'm not in a hurry, but would like to have the project completed by the end of the year. I could either pay for your time, trade for corals (once the tank is operational), or work something else out. Looking for something with baffles 27x20x16 and just an acrylic box (for ATO) 27x6x16

Thanks in advance!
Colin

Edit - I currently reside in Thornton, but will be moving to Erie in 2 week while our house is being built. I am not opposed to driving for assistance.

King of DIY on you tube is a good source. He has done many tank build videos and is a cool guy.

I just built a acrylic sump for my nem tank, not as hard as one might think. I'd have all panels cut at a acrylic shop will make for easy applacation.
Where did you order your acrylic from?

Plasticare looks to be the best place for this - thanks for the tips!
