got this magnavore er-6 glass cleaner today .....if i dont hold my tank on the stand this thing will pull it off so i cant use it ......willing to trade for a magnavore er2 or comparable cleaner (doesnt have to be a magnavore if its same quality

nope just a magnet that will work for me ...lol

I may be interested...just have to tinker with a couple of big magnets I got with my Seio pumps. They double as algae "scrapers"...so if it works with some microfiber wrapped around them, I'll have to save my $50. If it turns out they don't work well or is too much of a hassle I'll hit you up! I'm almost too nervous to use a straight up magnet scraper on acrylic unless it's wrapped in microfiber. I've heard too many stories that even the "acrylic" scrapers leave scratches over time.

Its not the scraper, is all the debris that gets between the cleaner and the glass, and I believe the one Don is selling is intended for use on glass.
