Many of the best hobbyists have been saying for decades that full-spectrum light and heavy export to match the heavy import were the keys to their tanks. Most of them still operate that way today. It is too bad that they have no interest in contributing online anymore, and I don't blame them. The supplement, miracle in a bottle and edge case approach is just too loud to even try and mess with anymore - it is a shame that many of these folks don't succeed like people of the past... people rather believe a BRS video instead of a scientist.
