Ballast wiring help

So I am trying to wire a square pin ballast to straight pin lights. The ballast has two blue cords and two red, while the lights have a red, a green, a blue, and a black. Here's a pic. Any ideas?

Maybe google the brand of ballast might have wiring diagram if you haven't done so already

from what I've read red is positive, black is negative, green is ground and white is neutral. I can't find any info on the two red and blue wires from the ballast though

Ok, from what I've found no matter if you have a square pin or straight pin setup you do 2 red on one side and blue on tge other. So if you were looking at the pins on the bulb pins 1 and 2 would be red and pins 3and 4 should be blue. Then you would use tge plug I gave you and go white to white, black to black, and green would ground on the ballast box itself.

You're the man! I ended up just taking apart the hood and wiring it straight to the pins like you described and they lit right up!
