Best fish/seafood restaurant on the planet: Big Mac & Little Lu's in Westminster. Wonderful little mom & pop restaurant & fish market. Their fish are never frozen. The owner knows charter fishing captains in FL who ship him fresh fish regularly. They go from ocean to restaurant in 16 hours. Talented chef, too. Or you can buy the fish uncooked in their market, and grill it up at home. We are REALLY going to miss this place.

I think it would be cool to arrange a fish and brew tour! Hit local fish stores and do brewery tours at the same time. We have enough of both.

Not vegetarian anymore but I'll offer my favorite restaurant I'm Denver...

Watercourse - 837 E. 17th Avenue. Denver CO. 80218

Food so good that even my "steak and potatoes" friends have been impressed.

Gotta grab some ice cream at Little Man Ice cream! Food isn't as good as it used to be but Gaetanos has history! Was once owned by the Smaldones, local mafia family

Shhhh! Now everything will be tapped next time I ride the bicycle over there!

Seriously...this place has an awesome deal on Saturdays though. Slice of the day + 3 brews for like 16 bucks. Make sure you have a DD. :p
