I Have been making these god awful juices/ smoothies, I have cut literally almost all processed foods out. Almost. I eat probably 60 - 70 % of fruits and vegetables, and the rest is simple foods... and its hard.... very hard.... but, if anyone is interested in trying a juice fast with me around the 22nd , Its a great way to re balance and detox your body...Im aiming for 14 days, straight no food, just vegetable and fruit juices... but you can do as little as 3 days and it be very effective on your body.
Oh and iv cut white sugar and flour and such from my diet.

lol. I've done the copper triangle a few times and at 80 miles it still kicks my butt. We'll see how a 120 miles goes!

You can do it. It really helps if you plan ahead. At first it's terrible but gets easier. Also I think you can save the recipe and then just import.

The one I use you can save things so like if you created a smoothie you can save it for the next time.

I did my fruits and veggies for my drink and then my salad stuff...

But what about the reefer?

I use myfitnesspal too and you can create your own recipes and it will calculate the calories and other data for you. Then you can use them over and over again. Used it two years ago religiously and lost 20 lbs stopped using it and put most of it back on. Now I'm using it again so I can quit taking meds for hypertension and hoping I can beat genetics!

according to myfitnesspal, I need to eat an additional 1440 calories today. Somehow, I don't see that happening.

I know I know, I tried adding a few more things and just sheesh.... I use a different recipe for my juice everyday, and i dont measure it, and......my god does that take long lol. especially since i make a new salad every two days or so with different things and ...ontop of that.. i never ate veggies before this.. so i dont know what half of them are called...sadly..lol
