I Have been making these god awful juices/ smoothies, I have cut literally almost all processed foods out. Almost. I eat probably 60 - 70 % of fruits and vegetables, and the rest is simple foods... and its hard.... very hard.... but, if anyone is interested in trying a juice fast with me around the 22nd , Its a great way to re balance and detox your body...Im aiming for 14 days, straight no food, just vegetable and fruit juices... but you can do as little as 3 days and it be very effective on your body.

. I've done the copper triangle a few times and at 80 miles it still kicks my butt. We'll see how a 120 miles goes!
