I see quite a few people have chimed in here and are recommending the fan method. That works well but I didn't want to have the additional humidity and evaporation in my basement sump room and run a 1/4hp AquaLogic Delta Star chiller. Picked it up used on Craigslist for $275 and control it with the Apex.
Believe it or not, I have a harder time keeping my 5G reservoir full of top off water for the ATO than I do paying for the power to run the chiller. I need a bigger reservoir and a better-ventilated room...then I could use the fan method.
