I called the same number, pretended I got the letter. I was a Blast internet only subscriber before. I added a tv package to get the Double Play. It did take some time in my case because I wasn't a Double Play customer beforehand. Also, most reps will try to kick you out because it's not supposed to be in Colorado yet, but I'm proof it is possible :) And others on that thread in Colorado have also gotten it as well. Just gotta get the right rep.

They activated it with me on the phone, and I had to reboot my router. Initially they tried to get a $249 installation charge, I told them I had the DOCSIS 3.0 modem already, just turn it on :)

I'm running this modem: Motorola SURFboard SB6121 DOCSIS 3.0
And this Wireles Router: ASUS RT-AC66R 5th generation 802.11ac chipset dual-band 2.4GHz/5GHz for up to super-fast 1.75Gbps

Brilliant way to keep C-Link and DTV/Dish from punking their customers.

Tell me more about Clink and punking customers? On a whim for new house I signed up for a year of service and neet to set an alarm for a week from a year to remind me to continue to get a discount or pay through nose. Got me with insisting unlike DSL of old, my area should be high speed and lacking much congestion slowdown. (Not holding my breath)
