Definitely agree with you there. They show no loyalty to their old customers at all. All the big discounts only applies to new customers. My bill has gone up quite a bit since I first signed with them. Thinking about canceling and signing up again under the wifes name.

This is what I recommend to those that like their service but don't like their bill. I simply go from C-Link to Comcast and back when the promo price expires.
Century link has some of the most horrible customer service I've ever dealt with, not to mention they swore up abd down my house could receive 40mb internet but I never saw more than 12 down and 3 up after a few months in the new house. Had several service techs tell me the line to my house assignable to support more than the 15 total I was getting. Funny 16th ng was months be for I was getting the full 40 at the same house... weird...
Bummer never had a problem but then again I had to tell them what was wrong and how to fix it in order to get things fixed. I wouldn't say the cs is good but I definitely had worse
