Commercial carpet cleaning and tanks

#1
Was talking to a tank owner who lost most/all of his tank right after having his carpets cleaned. I need to have mine done--overdue. Any thoughts on how to proceed? companies? products to request/avoid? The mom.

maybe chem dry might cause a problem but i doubt it they probably had something else going on that coincided with the cleaning .....but a steam cleaning should not cause a problem

I use a rug doc as well bout once a year. No issues yet. Also, at the last place we lived we had a company steam clean the house and it was all good.

I used zerorez last time and they did a very good job. No effects to my tank. They did a real nice job and left the carpet looking and smelling great. I will definately be using them again.
