SAZAMA Dolphin M.A.S.C Club Member Sep 1, 2011 #5 Sep 1, 2011 #5 well brother, leave it. its an overflow, it's supposed to be covered in coraline. but if you need it gone with no scratches I would scrub it off with a bit of filter floss you have laying around or a KENT brand scraper.
