Not sure if they are any better than biocubes but they are 34 gallons vs the usual 29. The builtd in electrical panel on the side is nice but doesn't appear that it comes with this sale. Would be a great tank if you planned to do pendant or suspended, pre-built led panel (chinese, Sols or Radion) though. Then all you need is prob a mj1200, loc-line and a stand
