Has any one used these lights? What wattage are the lights? I'm looking into 2-4 of the 3' lights to add blue to a 125g tank. I have 4 LEDs currently but they are to direct and too white, so i need something to even the light in the tank and increase coral colors.
Let me know if you have any feed back. Here is the web site www.ecoxotic.com

Need to be a little more precise. Exoxotic makes a few different LED lights. Best way to tell what wattage they are is to count the number of LEDs and divide the total wattage by them. The Panoramas are 1 Watt each LED for a 12w total. I had 2 of the Blue ones over my 120g and they did a great job. Not sure how well the stunner strips would work on a large tank.

Nevermind...I see you said 3 foot. So it can only be the stunner strips. I dont think these will be very noticible with your other LED lights on. The total wattage is 18 for 48 LED's. So thats only .375 watts each. I would think your other lights will drown these out.

Yeah...reefbrite are pretty intense...as they should be for the price. Think there is a company still selling the ones that fit into a t5 fixture. So you could retrofit some of those in.

The reefbrights are a little pricey but in my opinion well worth it. Also i fell that you dont need a reefbright that fits your tank ie 48" tank= 36" reefbright, i have a 24" RB on my 36" tank and it is more than enough light all the way to the edges and some. HTH

I have 6 of the stunner strips. On larger tanks they are only good for dusk/dawn. They have little to no effect on the color when my main lights are on. I had t-5 and just switched to a diy led and it was the same for both. They are so small they get washed out easily. The stunner strips are not even powerful enough to shimmer when the main lights are on. They do however look great when they are the only lights on. Reef brites would be a better option. Bang for the buck are gonna be the blue evolution strips that reefkoi sells. The all blue ones. I used the 3w version of the bridge lux leds that come in those Evolution Strips for my diy build and I'm very happy with them. PM Reefkoi. I think he knows LEDs pretty well.

Someone posted a build of the PAR38 bulbs that they replaced the LEDs in. I would think you could just as easily replace them with Blue LEDs. And it would probably be cheaper.
