Elemental pumps

I was at the Home Show yesterday and saw these pumps in a catalog from a hydroponics supply. The mdl EHP262 was rated at 793 gph and priced at $52.00. It was rated for salt systems and submersible. Anyone tried any of these seemed like a really good price for a high capacity pump.

I have no experience with this pump. For the price you might want to give one a try

I have never used one, but read that they are probably not reliable for a return pump, but might be great for flow, CL, mixing water, etc. Somebody on a national board compared them to the pumps at Harbor Freight. I might be scared at "corrosion resistant" in the description.
