tried again, different email. Getting similar error message, but more detail.

I'll try their customer support line this time.

They had an internal shift in resources, here's the reply:

Hi there,

Sorry Group buys were just recently assigned to me(last week) and the email system might still have some kinks. I didn’t receive the email. To have more time, I can start your group buy next Tuesday. Otherwise, If you would like to still have it start, let me know and I’ll start it today.

I also asked them to start it up ASAP, and not wait until next Tuesday. So I hope we get emails shortly! It will end I think Sunday, so get your order in ASAP once you get the email!
