Flood LED?

Seen these on ebay and was wondering if anyone has any experience with them? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Aquarium-Re...0-/281046754110?ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:US:1123 Are these worth looking into?

don't look too bad on a quick glance... but id watch the light output near the top of the tank. No dimmer and these running at 100% might burn up some corals near the top

Be aware, those are the same lights that burned the preschool a few month ago.
