I agree. Broncos running back clearly established the first down and then a penalty flag comes out for holding. That doesn't look good on the officials.

Game should have never been to over time in the first place, 2 minutes left in the 4th quarter, on third down they run the ball and punt...should have let Manning try for the first and that would have been it. Never let another team dictate your teams ending. Never was the biggest fan of Fox when he was at my beloved Carolina (too conservative).

Offense played a good game. Special teams played a really good game. The defense lost if for them. Too many big plays for touchdowns. Hard for the offense to score enough points when your defense can't stop the other team.

Partially. The blown coverage with less than a minute left lost the game. Take Away those 3 big pass plays for touchdowns and the defense would have done their job.
