Help with hitchhiker! Mantis?!?

Very scared, found this guy in my tank this morning. It is a mantis right? Obviously he has been in my tank a bit to be so big. No live rock added, I used dry in October when I set everything up. How do I catch it? Looks like I can make a trap with a water bottle but what about accidentally catching fish. Anyone got a mantis trap? Anyone want him?!? Ok newbie panic moment, not a mantis, just my peppermint shrimp molt, touched it with my turkey baster and it did not move. I did not realize how big my shrimp is. This thing is huge. Hope everyone got a good laugh today! Note to self, touch things safely in tank before panic sets in
