Identify This??

Got this from a buddy the other day, he said the guy he got it from called it a duncan, I've never seen a duncan like it, it looks more like an anemone or some sort of bubble coral to me, but it sure is pretty too bad my good camera is dead atm.. What do YOU think it is..??
