I would say yes if you have arranged to meet up and trade frags with someone def bring them I do not think however it will be an organized frag swap, but could be wrong.

I'm going to bring a few good frags that I do NOT have prearrangement for. If no one else brings frags to trade then I will cross that bridge when I get to it.
