why i would do the UV on the white string is because corals hey 98% of their UV during the day and only 2% during the night. But you might also get some weird results running UV at night. maybe some color morphs?

So I have the soderless kit from rapidled as stated but I got 2 uv leds which will need to be soldered. How do I tell the positive and negative on the soderless kit? It's probably something stupid but I just don't want to burn our all the leds

I would just use a volt tester in line. or do the trial and error method is what I did when building mine. Volt testers are like $4 at harbor freight.

Another question... Sorry. So the white strand at 700mA what should I run the blues at? Running 10 royal blue and 2 blue

I would run the blues in the 900-1000 mA ballpark.

Hey seth question for you again. Sorry... Haha put the kit in today. Figured out that the tuv leds run at 4v and the strand is at 3 obviously they don't light up... Is there a way to find out what kind of driver I would need to power these bad boys... I would prefer dimmable. Thanks in advance

I figured it out thanks tho... I have 2 of them powering them with Rapids small dimmable driver they said would work
