It actually leaked at the top seam closest to you if you stand in front of it. I sealed it from the outside but it only dripped a tiny bit if the tank was a little too full
It is, but even on my 125 you can raise or lower the water level by changing how open the ball valve was. Like I said though it just needs to be sealed on the front top
