I noticed today, that my one angel has one eye that is cloudy. For the last 5 days, I noticed a bit of quick head shaking back and forth at times. Doesnt last long, but you notice it. The fish is mostly hiding in a cave, it comes out to swim around, then acts like something is biting it. Quickly swims back to his cave. Repeats this behavior all day. I noticed on his black stripe on his head, there looks like multiple pock marks for lack of better terms.

On my coral beauty angel, today I see some white dot like things on top of its head. Noticed it flashing off the rocks. No white spots on the rest of fish, just a few on top of his head before his fin.

Clowns, saw two tiny white spots on one clown, and one on the other this morning, do not see them now.

I had an issue a month or so ago where I lost two fish, and I thought this maybe an ich situation. At that time I did notice tiny white spots on my clowns (only 3 or 4 spots), one spot was right on its eye, my royal gramma would get 5-10 white tiny spots on its head, then theyd go away, and come back in a day or so. The Gramma did get cloudy looking eyes during all this. Looking back, im thinking ich would have caused multiple spots all over the fish, not just on their heads.....correct?

Did some reading tonight, and read the head shaking and cloudy eye situation may be a sign of flukes. Could this be what Ive had all this time? I tried to get a picture of my angel with the cloudy eye and marks on his black part of his head, but no luck. Any ideas if this is flukes? Ive read I could fresh water dip and see if anything comes off, but frankly I dont have a clue how to do this. Would love some opinions on what the next move should be.

Thank you for your help.

Thanks Andrew, Ive got both Doc Gs ich and bacterial frozen food. Fed it for about 3 weeks. Stopped a couple weeks ago. Fish wouldnt eat much of it.

Sounds like he has both bacterial and parasitic. Not sure the wormer would do anything. Just my opinion.

Not really. Fins on the two suspect fish have 1 to 2 mm blotch spots on their front fins. eyes are cloudy still. One angel looks like he had bad acne scars on his face. Started dosing Prazi last night. Im thinking it may be flukes and ich, or possibly just ich. Not sure. I'll keep dosing with garlic, and using the Dr. Gs medicated food, along with the sinking ich pellets for now. After the prazi is finished in 7 days, if no improvement, looks like ill be pulling all my fish and putting them in quarantine, and starting a cupramine treatment. Fish wont be happy in qt for 8 weeks im sure. Me either, 20 gallon tank will require daily water changes Id guess, even with being cycled with a live rock in there. Ugh, the downside of the hobby, getting disease in the main tank. Quarantine lesson learned, even if it is inverts.....thats the only thing I can think of that brought whatever is in my tank in there, bought two snails, and a blood shrimp, and in a few days, sick fish....ugh
