Paired BW Clowns, Zooid brand mutts :)

#1
Hey all,

I am going to be relieving my tank of fish slowly, starting with the hardest ones to part with first. In the past 48 hours I learned I am going to be very very busy in my new endeavor and I don't want to neglect any of my animals. With everything I have going this wasn't an easy decision for me, but necessary to secure a better future. Additionally these clowns really need a host, they deserve it. They had an RBTA, a big one at that, and were very happy. They showed signs of being a mated pair early on, 2 years ago, with the rbta and have since just swam around restlessly in the tank at each others sides. These were originally from Zooid a breeder and member of MASC which I got from him in March 2011. When I got them they were small and the same size, they are now approximately 1.75" and 2.25". I haven't pulled them out and measured thou, I do know the female is the boss and shows it in size. They are very docile and hilarious to watch, there was no tank aggression by either to other fish in the tank. The only time the female got bossy and charged is when I put my hands near her anemone, without it in the tank she does not even care that my hands are in the tank. Just like with any livestock I have to part with I am going to be more picky about who/where it goes to ensure surviablity than the price it goes for. These 2 are awesome creatures and if I didn't have to rehome them I wouldn't. If you are interested please post/pm and I'll go from there. If you got what they will need make sure to put that in the context for me to review, otherwise ill be looking at your last 1000 post to make the decision on my own :) I'm looking for mature tank without other clowns and a nice big host to start.

If you have any questions feel free to post or pm.

I will check with Carole. She may want them and they would probably like their anemone back.

I guess we wouldn't be able to get them for two or three weeks...need to get the new tank up and running. Her other clowns spawned last night so she is going to keep them in her tank for now.
