Huge improvement! 7 seconds is a big deal. Abby took 3.5 seconds off of her 50 fly 2 meets in a row. Super cool to watch yea?!!?!

Thanks I am proud papa. We are under 1.00 on free now also not bad considering she just learned how to swim in august
