So I just took this out of my tank bulbs work great one is fairly new. It comes with everything! Daylight and blue bulbs, moonlight LEDs and ballasts plus the off and on switchs so all you need to do is install In a housing. I clipped 6 wires so some soldering will need to be done for it to be proper. 13in bulbs forgot how many watts sorry. 970-397-4266 is best way to reach me but pm works as well.
