TDS reads 151ppm

So I tested my water for TDS after seeing black/maroon algie growing only on my sand. It tested at 151ppm, so I am thinking I need new filters for my RO/DI unit. Do I need to replace all of the filters or just a few. I have the Kent Marine Hi-S Maxxima. Anyone know where the best prices are? Also any ideas what the algie is?

defiantly all of them need replaced ..including the membrane
