no, I have a SWC 160 that sounds like a cypress hill concert. I have a bubble blaster hy-2000s I'm wanting to retrofit it with, would you be interested in switching your pump out? I'm using the sicce psk 2500 currently.

Back from the dead!!!
Alright so since the move to the new temp house I had yet to tinker much with my skimmer. I have been working with Premier fish and reef doing maintenance with Will the owner and have since really fell in love with ASM skimmers. So instead of continuing this journey with the other skimmer I will start reporting with the new skimmer.
So I just tossed in the skimmer last night and have nothing new to report. However in the mean time, I have not used the other skimmer at all and am still seeing killer coral growth, color and my new nem loves my tank. So at this point I still see no need for a skimmer or have a want, other then what I see daily at maintenance accounts. And when I say that, all I really see is the gunk being pulled out.
Hopefully with this new skimmer I can give you all a more detailed report on my findings.
