*Updated*

So, hard times has fallen on mine and my better half’s side of the family. I need to prioritize things to get through this all. I am going to keep the big FOWLR because it is easier to maintain and still keeps me somewhat in the hobby.

HOWEVER, the reef tank is up for sale now along with some awesome equipment. I obviously don’t want to part out but will after about a week if need be.

The tank is 60”L x 18”W x 24”T (110g I believe). Center overflow, VERY nice/custom tank. It’s actually a tank built by Acrylic Tank Manufacturing - ATM (from the show “Tanked”). The tank itself has only been up for around 6 months or so now. Custom stand and canopy, which the stain/color and build is one of the main reasons I bought this tank (before I even knew what ATM was).

So right now the tank will come with two Evolution 120W 14k LED’s mounted in the canopy. A Vortech MP40w ES. It will also come with the sand bed which I paid probably about $60 for mixing sand to what I thought was perfect, not too coarse and not too fine.

It is drilled with three holes for a hybrid bean-animal setup (sometimes called a herbie overflow). Loc-line nozzles x4 gives good flow. However, there is no sump for this guy because it will remain in place in my basement for the FOWLR.

So, here is the list…

1) 110g ATM acrylic custom tank
2) Beautiful Stand and Canopy (clam-style opening)
3) 2-3” layer of live sand.
4) Vortech MP40w es (LIKE NEW – on tank for ONLY 2 weeks)
5) (2) Evolution 120w LED lights.
6) All the plumbing you need/want (I have a bin full of stuff as well)
7) Some CUC and/or live-rock if wanted…will throw some in depending.

$1600 firm - lowered to rock bottom. The lights and MP40 alone are worth over $800 if parted out.

I'll be home the rest of the day and evening today if anyone wants to come by and see it in person...or buy it!

Thanks Drew....SAD, SAD day for sure. :( Oh well, someday I'll have both...the FOWLR seems the least intrusive and expensive at the moment. I'm praying I don't have to end up letting that one go too, I don't think I will. Fingers crossed.

If you part it out, let me know what you would like for the MP40
Hate to see it come down, look like a great setup. But I understand priorities

The MP40 was literally manufactured about a month ago...2/22/12 to be exact.

I will also throw in stuff that could be used for a sump or water changes (float valve already installed). Plus I have TONS of other stuff to sweeten the deal should someone want to take some of this off my hands. Otherwise I'll end up selling it soon as well.

Seriously, I have tons of stuff I can part with;

- Misc. Pumps
- Test kits
- TDS Meter & RO/DI setup (needs filters/membrane), I have filters but no membrane.
- PVC and PVC fittings, bulkheads, etc etc (whole tub of stuff)
- Homemade Kalk reactor/stirrer. Never used by me, comes with maxijet pump installed.
- Fish acclimation stuff, nets, etc

Not sure how much I could be talked into letting go in a package deal...but it probably wouldn't take much convincing to give someone a sweet deal in the club to pass on the addiction. ;)

I will now include my CUC. It was about a $100 order through Reefcleaners. Couple hundred dwarfs, nassarius, nerites and a few hermit crabs. I also have two peppermints in there. There may also be a sea hare in the tank. I got one from Elite a couple weeks ago but he disappeared about two days later. Could NOT have gone through the overflow. I'm going to keep my two fire and single cleaner shrimp for the FOWLR...just hoping they make it. ;)

You are the man Craig...thanks again for all the support!

And I'll also throw in some frags as well. I don't have as much a need for all the coral I have now that I won't have a big tank to put them in. ;)
