My Titan used to do that from the rear, lol, and have a jerking motion. Turned out my spider gear was mangled, good thing it was still under warranty.

If it is only when in four wheel it could be in your axel houseing or a u-joint. Is it worse when turning?

only in 4-wheel, but it is so loud we never put it in. I am thinking something with HUBS or front diff.

My first response was legit. It works. I haven't found much use in the chat bar yet btw (agreed that it is a good feature though). Most of the times I have looked, the last post was hours old.
