always drill. You would only regret not drilling in the long run
Unless you break it while drilling and there is no "long Run"

The bit and bulkheads will arrive tomorrow I have come up with a soultion to the wier comb I can go use club workshop if i bring my own tooling the are trying to phase out plastic use with their tools but I am still able to use the equipment so I figured I may as well make a custom sump where is a good source for plastic also I assume I should use 1/4 for the box is this right? was planning on 1/2 for the sump

I would also drill one to do a water change. I did it on all three of my tankr and loved it.
Good idea. I'm going to for my next build.

I was planning on using the hole that is already drilled in it for the w/c since its not big enough for anything else
Is the hole low to give you the % of water change that you want to do?
