They don't look like worms though. More like a bug or pod. They seem to move too fast to what I would think a worm could move

Are they hard shelled? Here is two things I just pulled out of my new tank

I'm thinking the Grey thing might be a nudi and is the red thing a red bug or still a worm?

Top pic is ok/good pod imo. Can't tell what bottom pic is.

And flat worms almost look rectangular and move pretty darn quick. +1 on a wrasse for control.

I had flatworm before when I first started out. my 6 lines wrasse didn't bother with them. used fwe and an airline tubbing to kill and sucked them out. lesson learned, dip everything.

The red thing is what I pulled out of my filter sock. It's hard about a mm long. I'll see if I can get a better pick my my dslr camera. I started thinking was the only thing it didn't dip was my cheato and a piece of live rock to seed my tank.
