Edit: found the stall error reset instructions that solved the problem for me.

From EcoTech:

The flashing red/white light indicates a pump disconnect error. We've found that the MP10 motors don't really take to our pump-disconnect calibration procedure, with some portion of motors that have been calibrated experiencing falls stalls, especially at lower RPM's. To correct this, simply cancel the pump disconnect calibration by performing the following steps:

hold mode (pump blinks white)
hold mode and set (pump blinks yellow/white)
cycle power to the pump

This will clear out the calibration and your pump will not false-stall anymore.

***You will need to do this with the wet side detached. Also....IME you have to perform the reset before it starts to give you the error code. Takes a couple attempts sometimes, but hopefully that works and solves your problem.
