I've been using a 29 biocube with no lid, and filled much higher than the window for years, but that annoying trickle of water drives you nuts. Used CAD to draw up my first drawing and printed it yesterday, and v2 today. First one worked, but didn't fit right and had a little too much flow through. V2 fits almost perfect, but may need to remove the 2 upper side openings.

It's definitely a fun hobby. This worked better than I thought. I can't hear the water trickling until it's about an inch below the baffle.
