Without being able to see the light, I can't tell for sure. I'm guessing it's one of the cheapo LED lights. I wouldn't use those lights to keep coral. Lots of the cheapo lights use sub 1w LEDS. You can probably find that light on aliexpress with all the info you'll need. Guys buy stuff from ali and alibaba, then charge more for it on ebay. GL with your research.

Thanks tony, not sure why it wouldn't find it during the search. My guess, you're lucky if those are 1w LEDs.

6:1 white:blue ratio also, don't know if that makes a difference to you but that seems like it would be really white/yellow. Also, 42 LEDs on a unit that small they are definately around 1 or less watts and if they aren't those lights will be burning out soon from lack of cooling.

8000k is probably only good at growing algae. Might be perfect for a sump especially if you don't have much room.
