Those tend to come around in waves, so always gotta watch for them to pop up on FB or others. If you don't want to wait for some to come up you can order from https://reeftown.com/

I got lucky with a filefish once! Some swear by the Caribbean peppermint shrimp. Or like Syn said, watch the FB groups a few breeders will pop up from time to time.

Filefish have always been pretty good for me. I have one now and he does a great job of keeping the pest under control. They do have a tendency to nip at fleshy corals a bit once they run out of aptasia to eat but they don't ever seem to really harm the corals much, just kind of annoy them a bit.

Peppermint shrimp from the Florida Keys crush them. You need to order direct since you have no idea where most shrimp come from, but you can identify them after you buy them. They live like three years, so you have to replace them over time. You sometimes have to kalk paste the big ones, but the shrimp have always gone to work on the rest. Peppermints need to be fed - they cannot just eat fish waste, so make sure that some flake or other food is left over for them.

I did end up grabbing two Peppermint shrimp, I had one in the tank but have not seen it lately so not counting on that one. Hopefully the two I see regularly (one already malted) will eat more then what I broadcast when I feed the clowns and corals every other night. I use a blend of Pacifica Krill , (Hikari) Spirulina Brine, Mysis Shrimp, TDO chroma boost (small) pellet and Reef-Roids. I have been doing an extra 5 gallons on weekly water change, not sure that helps with my problem but everyone else loves it (not wife or wallet) ‍♂️‍♂️

IME peppermints tend to hide, and don't really come out of hiding while the fish are most active. Need to look for them in the evening or after lights out

You want Wurdmanni (sp?). There are many different types. The Wurdemanni just destroy the aiptasia, most the others are hit or miss and some just don't touch them at all since they come from parts of the gulf where aiptasia do not live. At the store, you have no idea what you are getting unless somebody smart orders them direct - no telling what Quality or Sea Dwelling got in. I get snails, urchins, hermits, shrimp and other gulf stuff from ReefTopia.com...
