These are a really odd item, but I have two full hoods for an aqueon 15 gallon column tank. Maybe you own a fish store, or a tank or two of that size (dimensions are 13.6" x 13.8" x 24.8").
They are BRAND new in the boxes I got from the manufacture, and they have a T5 bulb in them and a cover to protect the light and sockets.
