Catching Fish

Hey guys so I have a damsel in my 65 that is terrorizing all my other fish and need to get him out. Does anybody have any tips or tactics on catching him? He's extremely fast and darts straight to the caves in my liverock. As soon as I stick my net in the tank.

Thanks everyone for all the tips and advice. I gave the Gatorade bottle a try and caught him within an hour!
