I have a 40b with glass panels for the overflows. I'm looking for a way to attach a comb to the top of one of the glass panels. It would have to slip on since the sump is running at this point. Anyone have anything laying around or suggestions where to buy? I know I've seen some clip on ones in picture if I google.

How about cutting some acrylic panels the height you want, cut in some over flow teeth and use tiny magnets to hold them in place (one on each side - pressure of water would also keep them in place)?
That way you could remove the them if you decided or you could actually raise the water level in certain areas of the sump as well.

Here are some super strong, small magnets that I would recommend: http://www.bulkreefsupply.com/oceans-wonders-n52-v2-mag-rack-replacement-magnets.html

I have some of them and they are prob 1"x.5"x.25" each in size

Doesn't look the best and sorry for crappy pics... I just siliconed the egg crate up high where there was jo water flow. So in effect its not actually attached to the baffle but it still sits flush with it ya know?
