Coral feeding

Based on the Corals I have, red and yellow frogspawn, pink and green hammer, GSP, Devils hand leather, red and yellow fuzzy mushrooms, nuclear holocaust zoas, green zoas and cabbage corral . Does anyone use a certain brand to feed corals?
I've been to LFS and they all carry different brands. Based on what I have what's good stuff for them? I know a lot of people say corals don't need food. I think they do. I'm no expert but please help me. The corals I have are alive but not growing at all?
